Coaching at the SHRM UnConference 2026

It was a great privilege and honour to serve as a coach alongside some of the most respected thought leaders at the SHRM UnConference 2026, held in Hyderabad on 15 and 16 July 2026.

The Coach-Date sessions (15 minutes, one leader, one focused conversation) gave ambitious HR professionals a unique chance to challenge their thinking, refine their actions and accelerate their careers. The energy, curiosity and commitment of the participants were truly inspiring.

As a leadership coach, the experience reaffirmed my belief that coaching is a two-way learning process. While I had the opportunity to share my experiences and perspectives, I also gained valuable insights from the aspirations, challenges and fresh ideas of the next generation of HR leaders.

In today's rapidly evolving world of work, there is tremendous potential to mentor, guide and empower professionals to become impactful business leaders.

My sincere thanks to SHRM India for creating such a meaningful platform, one that brings together industry stalwarts and aspiring professionals to learn, connect and grow. I look forward to many more opportunities to contribute to the HR and leadership community, and to continue the journey of learning, coaching, mentoring and leadership.
